Empowering the Youth of Marangu village Through Education and Opportunity

Our mission is to establish an afterschool center in Marangu, creating a safe and inspiring space for children to learn, grow and play. The idea of creating a place for the young children of the village is inspired by the Scandinavian institutional culture and traditions. Here the afterschool centers are a vital part of childhood, offering safe and engaging environments for children to spend their afternoons in the company of specially educated teachers (pedagogues).

These centers focus on play, creativity, social interaction and outdoor activities, fostering thrive, independence and personal development. The centers emphasize a balanced approach to learning and leisure, often incorporating nature and community values into their programs.

We believe in every child’s right to embrace childhood through play!

By dedicating 15% of our income and partnering with volunteers and sponsors, we aim to provide life-changing educational and recreational opportunities for the community’s youth.
